Cookes Delivery Times

Delivery times are made in good faith based on information we receive from our specialist suppliers. We will always endeavour to adhere to the schedule. Should any changes occur we will keep you informed throughout in order to manage any disruption; however, we cannot be held responsible if dates are not upheld.

To help you plan your day, please note that Cookes’ Delivery Department categorises Morning Deliveries as up to 1pm. Afternoon Deliveries as after 1pm.

Unfortunately, delayed deliveries are beyond our control. We cannot offer any financial compensation.
It is your responsibility to make sure that the furniture you select will fit into your home and that access is sufficient for us to deliver. Just to be clear... we won’t shimmy up any drain pipes, remove windows, doorframes, or hire any specialist equipment or labour to gain access for the delivery. Such things will need to be organised by you. However, we will be extremely helpful in ensuring your new furniture is safely delivered and placed exactly where you want it to be.

We recognise the fact that very often the furniture you’re replacing will still have plenty of life left in it.

This is why we offer, for a small fee, our special removal and donation or recycling service,

if the product is suitable and our donation or recycling partners are able to receive it.
